Fiona Afshar, 57, is a former software engineer and consultant living in Malibu. Back when she became a mother, she stopped working to take care of her children... Until a personal project of hers evolved so much that it became a 6-figure job. Can you guess what it is?
In 2018, Afshar created an Instagram account and started posting instructional cooking videos that she filmed specifically for her daughter. In a turn of events, she grew an audience so enthusiastic about what she was doing that cooking classes, brand partnerships and an online shop ended up following. She currently brings in $ 10K a month this way. 💰
Afshar is most famous for her colorful, patterned pasta, which she dyes using fresh ingredients like parsley and beets. Mamma mia! 👨🍳
